MYTICKETS365 – EVENT TICKETS TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the MyTickets365 platform, including ticket purchases, event listings, payments, and related services. MyTickets365 acts as an intermediary between organizers and ticket buyers.

2. DEFINITIONS

- MyTickets365: The online ticketing platform operated by MyTickets365 Limited.
- Organizer: An individual or business listing an event.
- Customer: A person purchasing tickets.
- Event: Any event listed on the platform.
- Ticket: Digital proof of purchase.

3. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using the platform or purchasing a ticket, customers agree to these Terms.

4. EVENT LISTING & TICKETING

MyTickets365 provides event listing, ticket sales, secure payments, QR tickets, attendee management, and analytics.

5. TICKET PURCHASE & PAYMENT TERMS

Ticket prices are set by organizers. Platform fees are applied to each transaction. Supported payments include M-Pesa, Airtel Money, and cards.

6. REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS & POSTPONEMENTS

Refunds depend on organizer policy. Cancelled events may be refundable (ticket face value only). Postponed tickets remain valid.

7. BUYER PROTECTION

Includes fraud monitoring, secure payments, digital ticket security, and 24/7 support.

8. ORGANIZER RESPONSIBILITIES

Organizers must provide accurate event details, honor refunds, ensure safety, validate tickets, and comply with laws.

9. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers must provide correct details, comply with event rules, and verify event information before purchasing.

10. FRAUD PREVENTION

MyTickets365 monitors fraud and may cancel fraudulent orders or report offenders.

11. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

MyTickets365 is not responsible for event quality, cancellations, safety incidents, or organizer actions.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

MyTickets365 branding and platform technology remain proprietary.

13. DATA PRIVACY

Customer data is protected and only shared with organizers for event management.

14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Disputes follow a tiered approach: support → organizer mediation → arbitration under Kenyan law.
